Subscription Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple to provide you access to premium features.

• To process your video generation requests via our AI pipeline

3. Data Storage & Security

We use Google Firebase to store and process data. Firebase provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure including:

• Regular security audits and penetration testing

Generated videos are stored temporarily in cloud storage and may be deleted after a retention period. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Reel integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

• Firebase (Google) - Authentication, data storage, cloud functions, analytics
• RevenueCat - Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Apple - App distribution, payment processing, push notifications
• Google Veo - AI video generation processing

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained while your account exists and for up to 30 days after deletion
• Generated videos are retained for a limited period and may be automatically deleted

• Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days
• Subscription records are retained as required by financial regulations

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
