Reel is an AI-powered video generation app that lets you create cinematic videos from text prompts and images using advanced AI models. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

All subscriptions and purchases are processed and billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings to stop future charges.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, and code, is owned by Reel and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REEL, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.
